Handmade Miracle Earth Crossbody Mini Bag (Thailand)

I have been using this bag nearly everyday since its arrival. I had been tempted to buy it for a few months, and I am sorry it took me so long! It is perfect for Spring and Summer, made of hemp, so it looks and feels similar to a larger fiber unbleached linen. The colors of the decorations are vibrant against the natural grain of the material. It is a great size, too: it's not huge and cumbersome, which really doesn't go with the feel of the season, the material matches other Spring and Summer feeling fabrics, and it's big enough for sunglassed, cell phone, a compact and lip glass, as well as a wallet, Other smaller seasonal bags are so tiny that you have to choose between a cell phone and your keys! I really like this purse. I love the folkloric look, and although I normally carry a larger bag, I will use this one when I can get by with carrying less. The strap is a little short for cross-body use, but I am fairly tall, so it might work for someone else. The only issue with this bag was that the needlework on the flap, while very beautifully done, was clearly worked separately, then sewn onto the flap. This is perfectly reasonable, but it was sewn on very crooked! It was a noticeable flaw which might make another buyer return it or be unhappy. Being handy myself, I was able to remove and reattach the embroidered piece to correct the flaw. Aside from that, I am very pleased with this bag.

The bag is beautiful, the emb work is supreme, I was a little bummed that it was not a little bigger but good for purpose intended.

Literally it took my breath away when I opened the package! The fine embroidery, the thick sturdy yet soft fabric, and the size is just perfect too! I am so pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this for my daughter who LOVED it! Price was fair, but not exceptional for a purse of average quality.
