Nice size if you are looking for an old-school sleeping bag. Definitely not for very cold nights.

A good heavy weight sleeping bag. Not one for hiking. It is very heavy and well made with durable fabric. We used it when company cam to the house. No need for an air mattress....it was soft enough for sleeping on the floor.

This is a big, heavy, burly sleeping bag suitable for car camping or unzipping completely to cover a queen-sized bed. The bed has a sort of canvas (cotton duck) outer shell that is very durable. The build-quality is excellent, with a sealed heavy duty YKK zipper. Inside, there's a cotton sheet. You could probably sleep in this without a pad, it's that luxurious. The down side is that there is no way you're lugging this thing on a backpacking trip of any kind. It weighs a ton and does not compress very well at all—though it can be made to fit in something much smaller than the oversize duffel it shipped with. All in all, it's a great sleeping bag for car campers or people who just want one for guests around the house, and it's less than $200.
