Not that strong ,but good for such price.

my grandson loved it it was easy to put togater the only thing I wasn't crazy about was putting the sand in that small hole

I bought the basketball set as a gift for my so for Xmas but did not set up because of winter in Northeast...so we did in early Spring. One of the hooks on the rim was defective and so I contacted customer service for a replacement and I believe it was Courtney who handled the call...she knew exactly what to do and arranged for a replacement to be sent...and I got a notice of shipment today! She told me it may take about 2 weeks...so I knew when to expect. Quite pleased with the service! Keep up the good work...it is harder to find these days!

I purchased this hoop 3 years ago when my son couldn't reach the 10 foot mark. When I tried to raise the hoop, I stripped the bolt.. It was not a product malfunction. It was because I tried to hurriedly hammer the height adjustment bolt. I thought I made the hoop too dangerous for use, but I tried to give lifetime.com customer support a try. They were extremely helpful and sent me the exact bolt and nut that I needed. It's a relief knowing that the hoop won't fall on one of my kids.

After comparing several models we decided on this one. It was easy to assemble but takes two people. My child seems to enjoy j oyster the setup.

Our basketball set was missing the bottom pole. Called service, explained the situation, no hassle and part was here in a week. My boys are thrilled, let the games begin.

We needed two additional people to help assemble this basketball hoop. Once we finally got the rim attached to the backboard it went a little easier. We like that it is on wheels and easy to move around

Bought this for my kids to get outside more and it has not disappointed. My kids love practicing with the hoop for try outs next year and I love that for my older boys it isn't a "baby" hoop

I bought this basketball goal for my son about three (3) years ago and it has held up very well. Backboard graphics still look good and not faded, the base is still holding up well (filled with 250 pounds of sand), and the hoop is holding up without any issues. Nothing fancy here, but for the price, it has held up very well.

So in Georgia we recently had heavy winds and rain. Looked outside and the goal stands. Very durable.

I had an answer to my inquiry within minutes and they went above and beyond to help me out. Will definitely buy products directly from here in the future.

Just got my product and began to assemble. I was surely disappointed to find a missing part and a slightly dented and chalked up stand. The stand is not really the issue tho. I am upset that I cannot assemble, and was not able to contact anyone since it was after 5pm. I sent an email to customer service and I am hopeful that the missing part will be in my hands by tomorrow....

Came missing parts and has been a hassle to get the hardware for it.

We've had this basketball system for about 2 years now. We've enjoyed using it as a family and it has newer had any. Problems. The thing i like about it is how durable it is for how much it costed. It's survived all the things we've thrown at it and gone through two pretty brutal winters. At one point it accidentally tipped over and it was still in good condition. They adjustment is quick and easy for the kids to use and I don't have to worry about them operating it themselves.

Had this for about two years and has held up great. Our son loves shooting in the driveway. The height adjustment is easy to use and allows him to adapt as he grows. Backboard could be more solid, but overall good quality.

Must have wrench set and a partner for about ten minutes. Look at poles and holes with screws so you don't make mistakes of attaching wrong ends.. Sturdy enough for three growing rambunctious boys. This was a gift to my Cousin's boys and my gift to her and her husband was that I put it together. I'm a buck o five. 30 minutes tops

The way it was received was tapped together and falling apart.

Reasonable price with great value, kids love it!
