I purchased the product for my daughter to take to school. After using the duffel bag only twice, the wheels have collapsed inward toward the bag and it is not able to roll. I was very disappointed.

I would not recommend this product at all. I used it once for an international trip and its no longer of any use. It's torn at the zipper and the straps already look shredded.

This duffle bag was purchased for my son to use when he went traveling. He just wanted something big in size that didn't require the room of regular luggage. He tried it as soon as he received it! It was the accurate size & space saving features that he needed.
