Sleeping better than I have in probably 30 years I have to have a firm bed but then I suffer from pressure point pain. I'm overweight which makes it worse and I tried memory foam and HATED it! Couldn't roll over, harder than hell to get out of and HOTTER THAN HELL. Needless to say I was apprehensive about this purchase but after reading ALL the reviews I decided to make the purchase. I'm so grateful I did because I lay down on this mattress and I'm out all night. I don't wake up soaking wet from sweating all night and the only aches and pains I have are from old age...not the bed. So I'm a very happy camper and I would recommend this to everyone with back problems and needs a firm but supportive mattress. Even if I have to buy another in 5 years, it's worth every penny. 🤗

Well packaged, quality product This is a very nice matters for he price and arrived in packaging that made it easier to move than expecy (it is heavy). I ordered medium firm and while comfortable, I might prefer a firm. It takes some getting used to when sitting on the edge as the memory foam is less supportive than a traditional mattress in his area, concentrating support where you'd need it while sleeping.

Excellent Mattress Had a first generation memory foam mattress. Was ok but would wake up sweating. This mattress is so much improved over my old one. I purchased the "soft" mattress and it is still supportive but oh so comfortable. Not waking up in wet pjs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new and improved memory foam mattress.

The mattress comes in a giant box and is vacuumed packed. This means it is more portable but heavy and will open fully and to a solid full structure once the air seal is broken on the plastic wrap. Best done right at the bed frame area. Delivery date is never exact. Check with customer service but delivery is not selectable. Best thing is to order on the day that will be with in shipping time period.

I got the soft and I don't think its THAT soft. One sinks down a bit but remains mostly at the top of the mattress. The sides are not that strong.....I set on the side of the mattress all the time to put on socks and tie shoes etc. but a chair is better. This one has jell on the one side, so I guess it should stay with that side up. But I suppose you flip it over but you're paying for the jell to sleep on it.

I bought it in medium and the person sleeping on it weighs 170 lbs. When you lay down it will give a bit right where your body is, but not around you. It will sink in differently when you lay on the side, than on your back. I have it on slates. Don't know how it will be on boxspring. You can't flip it, because the layers have to stay in a certain order.

I got the medium and wish I had gotten the soft. I have arthritis in my back, shoulders, and actually every joint in my body. Very hard to get comfortable. This mattress is better than my old one, but if you have any bacteria or joint problems go for the soft.

I believe it should be OK. I bought for my Granddaughter and her room wasn't ready right away. Her parents had it for over a week before opening and "airing" it out. Just remember you need to give it some time to "air" out after being rolled up for any length of time. I hope this answer helps you.

It depends on how thick your slumber solutions mattress is... I have a 14" medium and a 10" firm and they feel the same to me. I have guests rave about my 14" medium guest room mattress... It's in an old bed frame with a plywood base. I have an expensive Tempurpedic and the Slumber Solutions are just as good a mattress! The only difference is that I can unzip the top cover of the Tempurpedic to wash it.

I'm 5'9", 200lb, I have had this mattress in medium softness in both full and queen and am a side sleeper. It is very comfortable and I do not feel like I am "sinking" at all. The rest of my family has the soft option, which I have considered, but I'm too chicken to try it, ha, ha. I do not think you will be disappointed with this mattress, I love mine. I recently changed to a queen bed and bought an expensive luxury gel mattress from a well known manufacturer and I just dumped it after 5 months and went back to these guys. An expensive experiment. I think you will like this mattress.

I'm similar in size and I just purchased the 12" firm (full). The comfort in softness is immediately noticeable and can handle the side sleeping quite well. You will have no issues getting out because of the tier layer system increasing in strength. I wake up with no body ache and recognizably better sleep. Some comments about the firms "initial feel" lasting longer and in turn becomes medium instead of soft over the many year spans, helped me choose as well. I did purchase a solid serta box spring and it is a great merge in my opinion.

He does not feel any sinking. The mattress is just soft enough to feel comfy - firm but comfortable. Our previous mattress developed dips where we slept.
