Safavieh Milan Shag Ivory Rug (8' x 10')

Completely met my expectations. Very soft and well worth the price!

I love this rug so much I bought another and plan on buying a couple more. It is a beautiful off white and soft as can be. Most importantly - this rug does NOT shed.

This rug is the perfect color off-white with no yellow tint (most 'white' rugs look more ivory than cream but this one doesn't). It's super plush and perfect in a bedroom. It smells a bit chemically for the first 24 hours, but it goes away fairly quickly.

This high-pile rug is soft and lush. Looks great against dark floors.

...I liked my initial purchase so much I ordered a second identical rug a few days later. Now I have 2 matching rugs in the open concept living room. That saved a lot of work/thought trying to find another rug that would complement the original rug. "Milan" is a medium to high shag rug, ours is in ivory. My feet sort of sink into this rug a bit, a very soft, comfy feeling. (You will need to fluff it up once you open up the roll if it's shipped to you.) Looks like I spent twice or three times the price. Very good quality. I do not find that it sheds, and we have very dark wood floors so I would see it if that is happening. However, I do use the vacuum hose verses the standard base with beater bar/bristles and that is a bit time consuming. I am currently looking for a different style vacuum for shag rugs. This contemporized and updated the look of our living room. I thought I was not the shag rug type, but I am very happy I gave this rug a try. The whole place looks a lot lighter and brighter. The service by Great Offer Stock, and delivery was perfect as well. Happy customer.

Love the rug and ivory is true to color a very light ivory white. However only issue was edge was not perfectly straight and slightly curved. Beautiful rug for the price and soft but California shag seems softer to me than Milan (I've bought both). I've had these rugs (others I bought same brand and type) for nearly 3 years and they've held up wonderfully and vacuum nicely. You can trust this brand.

For the price, I was expecting a fairly decent rug at best. We were moving when we unpackaged the rug and laid it out in our family room and I was shocked by how plush it is! I wanted to take a nap on it right the and there. Not only is it extremely comfortable, but it is also absolutely gorgeous! This rug will not disappoint!

This rug is unbelievable, especially for the price point. That said, it is stinky upon unrolling it, and the smell does linger for several days, so beware and plan for that. However, once the odor was gone and I put it down in my bedroom, I couldn't have been happier. I have all hardwood floors. This rug is so plush underfoot, and it also mutes the noise from downstairs neighbor. No need for a rug pad, and the color is a lovely light cream, not yellow at all. I took one star away only because of the odor.

Great shag rug! Extremely soft and comfy for your feet, especially with a felt pad underneath. Thicker and more dense than other shag rugs we have purchased, so we are hoping this wears well. The ivory color is true to the picture, and really brightens the space. The rug was delivered within a few days, and packaged carefully. When opened from the plastic wrapping, the rug laid flat immediately, no up-turned corners. No shedding at all!
