Have had for awhile now, we are a family of 9 and it has held up great. We use it as a bed and a couch everyday.

this couch is way closer to an olive green than grey, otherwise it is attractive enough. 1st time we used it for a futon, it easily folded down but we can't get it to go back up, we must lean it against a wall to hold the back up!

great purchase - the material is so soft and comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. it's not very deep, so may not be best for very tall people. great value for money.

Not bad, but I can tell the Futon will lose it's firmness quickly. Not high quality, but looks pretty good.

This is arrived in a big box. I was not confident about this purchase. But it was easy to assemble, looks just like the photographs. It is sturdy and my first overnight guests report a very good night's rest. It doesn't look like a futon which i like. It is quick to fold flat and no hassles to put back in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone. The price is appropriate as you get your money's worth.

Besides being dark green instead of grey...everything else about the convert a couch was fine. Thanks to YouTube I was able to assemble all by myself. Looks good and fit up the stairs and thru a narrow hallway

Nice quality! Mattress seems like it will be good to sleep on. A little hard to put together - took two of us and some male muscle strength. I could not have put it together by myself. Glad I purchased it!

The set up was easy utilizing the YouTube video. The instructions are useless. The only negative on this purchase is placing it from the upright position to the bed. It seems the it takes a few clicks to finally get it to go down completely. It should only be a click and push down. Other than that the sofa bed is a good buy. It has an elegant look and feel to it.

Very happy with this purchase! The color is gorgeous and it is very comfortable to sit on. The main reason I bought it was because I needed a bed for my mom to sleep on when she visits me. So I'm very happy that it is super comfortable for sitting and SLEEPING! It is very easy to convert it. I love the cup holders and the storage is pretty deep (enough to put your magazines in). It is one of the most comfortable futon sleepers I've had so far! The only problem was the delivery (it was delivered 1 day later than it said it would). Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful, sturdy and super comfortable in seating and in sleeping. It adds elegance to my living room. Super easily assembled, it took my friend Charlie less than 30 to do it minutes. I recommend it highly!

My husband and I absolutely love this new couch/futon! We live in an upstairs apartment, with very narrow stairways, and narrow door ways. We had looked everywhere for a couch/futon, but we couldn't find any that would fit through our stairs and doors, and when I read the description for this and it specifically says that it was designed to fit through narrow halls and stairs, we were very interested! It arrived (free shipping, of course!) Within a week or so, without any damage, or problem. Assembling it was very easy, without the need for any tools, just as the description said! This is the softest, most comfortable couch, and when it's folded out into the futon, it sleeps better than a bed! Without any bars in your back, or the frame making it uncomfortable, like most every other futon I have ever slept on. The dark gray color is so beautiful, and matches most any decor, and it is truly an impressive, high quality piece of furniture. I give it a 5* rating, because it truly deserves it! 😊

Relatively easy to put together but one of the threaded screw holes came loose and would not hold the screw. Solved it by replacing with the bolt. Other than that a great piece of furniture. Very comfortable as both a bed and a couch.

I bought two of these to fill a large media room for seating/sleeping. They were super easy to assemble and to pull out into a bed and back to a futon! I loved it so much, I bought one more!

This is my first purchase of a piece of furniture online that is not a small cabinet type of piece. This soft sleeper came shipped in a box and needed to be put together. I really hate putting things together and did not expect to do that for a sofa, but thankfully a friend put it together for me or I would have screamed. He indicated that it was fairly easy to put together. I have a guest staying in my family room and that was the reason for the purchase, so I am hoping the sleeper will hold up to nightly wear for the next 1-2 years. I love the color. It is a nice dark grey. The sofa is soft and the velvet feels great to the touch. It is also comfortable to sit and sleep on. I would buy this sofa again and would also recommend it.

Needed a comfortable sofa, but able to convert into a bed for DH man cave. Very comfortable to sit and lay in. Assembly was very easy and delivery was great. Only con is the color I was expecting a dark grey, however it is more of a greenish color.

this is a vbery easy to assemble very attractive extra sofa witht he ability to turn into crash space. it is not an every day sofa, but is perfect for that extra room that you need to furnish

I was skeptical, but the reviews were so good. I have to say this is a great couch and VERY comfortable as a bed. The box was very tattered and banged up when it arrived and one of the bars was slightly bent. They really should address this as I noticed other reviews mentioned this as well. It was easily fixed so I didn't mind so much. I would definitely recommend this couch!

Had a bit of trouble getting the correct part, but the customer service for handy living was excellent. The couch is beautiful and very comfortable. I love it.
