I really like this hearth rug: finishes the bottom or top landing of indoor stairs artfully, is thick and soft to land on, and a total pleasure for the eyes. The pad I ordered separately and placed underneath the rug ensures that it will not slide.

Thicker than I thought. May be a tripping hazard. Colors are not as bold as pictured but still nice. I would buy again if needed.

received this rug a couple of days ago.very nice quality, very plush under foot.Just what I was looking for.The color LOOKS! the same as the picture,no the red is not RED it is a deep burgundy...paired with the Black is very nice.I am very pleased with the rug for the price.

I received this rug a few days ago. It looks very nice in front of my hearth and is a nice complement to my area rug, in terms of the color scheme. My only concern is whether the item is in fact already treated with fire retardant. Since this important feature was not initially included in the product description, I purchased a fire retardant spray for treatment. The Q&A response from Great Offer Stock Staff to another customer stated the fire retardant information is listed on the tags, however the only information included on my rug concerns cleaning and care.

I just received one of the two Hand Tufted Santee Red Wool Rugs today. the other one - is still in transit. I have to say, I was rather bummed, as the RED is not RED but instead is a shade of Burgundy. Please rewrite your description so other future buyers are not deceived ! the quality of the rug is fine. I am not sure if I will keep or not.

I have been a faithful customer of Great Offer Stock for several years buying rugs and have always been pleased with their service and quality, but for the second time in two weeks the rug I received was not what I ordered. The rug I received was nice and the pattern was similar to the one pictured but instead of a 2x4 HEARTH rug I received a similar color/patter 2x3 RECTANGULAR rug. Definitely NOT what I had ordered and paid for and NOT what was pictured on the website. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will probably think twice before ever ordering from Great Offer Stock again. Buyer beware! The only upside is their return procedure is very easy.
