I bought 2 of these and wasn't aware from the picture that the top ring is silver (just a heads up because it's very noticeable when it's up). One came with 7 cracked or bubbled crystals. Now that wouldn't have bothered me except it had very obviously been returned before (probably because of chipped crystals). The directions, although in English, are a little hard to get through and I'm assuming were translated from another language. The diagram and actual product differ a little which is confusing. The fixture is cheaply made and thing's don't quite fit properly but once you finally get it up it looks nice. I think the price is a little high for the quality. Also it reads that you can use 60 watt bulbs but it is so bright it's blinding so use 40 watts and thank me later. Oh and there really isn't enough room for candelabra type bulbs so try and find a shorter bulb if you can. The bulbs actually rub into the frame and touch the crystals.

Stunning....Yet again a glamorous choice
These were purchased in a matching pair for 2 bedrooms, separated by a sitting room. I love them! They are the duplicate 'bottom part' of the: /Home-Garden/Centerpiece-Chrome-and-Crystal-6-Light-Chandelier/6708941/product.html which I purchased for the dinning room. Kind of an interesting note, when they were being put up, the crystals have to get 'hung up' after the fact, as the light bulbs need to be put in place ~ the bottom part of the crystals were left dangling instead of being 'caught up' for the rounded look, and they look amazing also just hanging down ~ just in case you want a different look ~ just take the silver clips off the ends and store them and you can switch back simply. I paired them with a ceiling white dome center and they look like a shimmering, glamorous cake in the middle of the ceiling ~ an amazing winner. Just note: when putting together (do not let that scare you ~ use common sense, rather than instruction after you first peruse the paperwork) make sure the silver ring with the 'clip holes' is installed the right way up, otherwise if you do clip the crystals up (like the picture) it will not hang correctly where the bar is across the ring in a line--(it will make sense when you see it!)
