i read some other reviews before my purchase, most were good but the ones that weren't had the same complaint, either the handle came apart, or just stopped working because it was stuck., mine did the same thing ,the handle easily fits back together, and if you use a little oil or pam in the bottom around both sides of the opening it will open, i use a rich thick batter for cup cakes and no problem

Love this. Wanted one for awhile and could not pass this up at OVERSTOCK'S Great price. Makes for easy cleanup and less waste.

I used it to make cup cakes. The batter would not come out I had to use a spoon to push it through. Very disappointed.

Now I can make cup cakes and save myself a lot of mess clean up. Also great for pancakes, just fill, pull the trigger and perfect pancakes! And it's dish washer safe too!

I tried it making corn muffins. I guess that batter is to thick. It wouldn't come out. Donated it, hope whoever buys it from Goodwill will have better luck than me.

We use it for pancakes and it is great to have them all in a circle.

I purchased this to go along with the Cupcake Display Carrier (which I purchased from Great Offer Stock - the last one in stock, too!). It's such a great item to have in your baking arsenal, as pouring cupcake batter into each cupcake pan "well" can get messy. This dispenser neatly and evenly distributes the batter. I would highly recommend this!

This is an initial review....I just received this package today and its pretty average or basic. It came with scratches on it and it's not as purple as it looks in the pic to me. Its not all strong and sturdy either but I do believe it will do for what its made for. It does seem like the squeeze and dispense mechanism works so hopefully it functions pretty well....I still don't think it was worth $. After using it if it turns out to be extra extra superb I will write another review detailing it use
