Seems a tad bit small... After assembly and setting my queen size futon on it there is significant overhang. It is also very easy to tilt, which is obviously not a good thing.

Sturdy Frame Good Purchase This was worth the money. It is a large queen sturdy frame. It wasn't too difficult to put together but I bought the one with the low arms and the directions where for the one with the high arms which was a little confusing but I figured it out. It comes with more hardware than needed but it is mentioned in the directions. I had to bend a couple of bits that were not properly cut from the hardware but I was able to do this with a small set of pliers and it was only two small pieces. They do have Youtube videos to help assemble but I didn't need them. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is a little tricky changing from bed to sofa position. You just have to get the right angle. It is big enough for an adult couple to sleep comfortably. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

snowhite not all there but when called over stock ,com they said they called the ware house and it was all shipped a small box inside the big box not it was not in there but it took me about 4 phone calls and I still haven't got it was to be here the 28th by the sales person

DOWN LOW Sits very low. I have a 12 inch mattress and I still had to buy bed lifts for it to get a comfortable sitting height.

Stacey Lasecki :) I only gave this 3 stars because I don't like the arms. It is very sturdy and has successfully sustained 1 move. I used it more for a bed, than a couch, so the arms may not bother couch users.

Easy to assemble The directions were photocopied instructions and therefore were a little smudged, however still readable. The screws came in little baggies that were labeled with letters so you know what screws to use. However, one of the screws that was packed did not have any threading so we had to improvise. Bonus: there are YouTube video instructions

Low quality The metal wires going across the futon have detached and the wood has come a part. Pretty much everything that came pre-assembled has fallen a part within about 6 months. Everything that required labor to put together has been rigid. I do not have kids and both myself and my wife are under 200lbs. this furniture shouldn't be falling a part.

Bought 2 years ago - Still works great! While it took nearly 5 hours to assemble and some pieces were missing/wrong, the customer service dept did an excellent job of overnighting correct parts. I've had housemates on it for nearly 2 years and no complaints. Haven't tried to sit it up as a couch though so I can't comment on that.

Armless futon frame The armless part of the frame is the best feature of this product. The futon we purchased to go on it ( the one shown with it) is almost too big for the frame. It doesn't sit well as a couch, but it does make a nice bed.
