If you have never installed a chandelier light fixture before, you had better get installation instructions elsewhere or hire someone to install. The instructions and diagrams are inadequate, misleading and incorrect. Moreover, there were some gaps between the glass pieces of the tiffany shade.

This light is beautiful! It looks amazing in my new kitchen and the price is excellent. We had to buy more chain because it wasn't long enough, but other than that it was easy to install and looks wonderful. Very pleased with my purchase.

The lamp shade is really very pretty once lit, throws wonderful yellows into the room. Great value for the money, changed the appearance of whole room, makes a much warmer and inviting feel to the kitchen. Easy to install, even though the fixture was missing installation instructions and wire connector caps. Fortunately my husband is handy and has a mechanical aptitude as well as tools. He installed the fixture without a problem. Some of the red berries on the lamp are scratched but we think this is part of the style and not considering it damaged. Hope this helps.

This is a beautiful lamp and looks way more expensive than it is. We hung it over the sink in our remodeled kitchen and it just makes the room.
