I have bee wearing this since Halston came out with it when I was 14. I would get 1 one oz bottle from Neiman - Marcus that cost $$!!!! It is the only thing I have ever worn!!! Around 2010 they tried formulating it with more oil and no alcohol...It was awful...be SURE and read the label. Seems to me those bottles had HALSTON written in white on the glass. They smelled very sicky sweet - no musk/patchouli which is what MAKES it Halston. It was very sicky sweet...like "Lauren". I am 40 years older and men still ask me what perfume I'm wearing - LOL!!!!

The old Halston for women was too woodsy for me, it bordered being a man's cologne in my opinion. It has since then been reformulated and its now "DIVINE". This is my favorite winter perfume. Every season has its perfect bouquet and this is the winter bouquet of perfection in my opinion. I cannot ware this in the summer because this scent stands out like a red balloon. Too strong and cloying in the summer but just beautiful and warm like a fur coat in the winter. It wraps around your whole being like warmth. Nice sharp woodsy sweet scent.
