Not worth the $$$ The heat and fit process does not work. The plastic guard does not get soft enough to form to your teeth as described in the instructions. AND my wife still complains that I am still snoring even when using this device.

Good quality but didn't work for me Good quality and easy to customize, but it really didn't work for me. Also, the breathing hole in the front suctioned on to my inside lower lip at night, resulting in pain and minor injury.

You snooze you lose? This handy device works pretty good if you aren't a hard core snore monster. If you wear a retainer, skip this purchase. And, since the device is made pliable for fitting by warming in hot water, be careful of that water temperature. If the water is too hot it roughens up the surface of the device.
