The Black IPA or IBA is similar to its pale cousin in its strong hop flavor and floral hop aroma, but adds a faintly roasted flavor without being the focus of the beer. Moderate body and alcohol content accompany light malt sweetness to balance out this nearly opaque black beauty. Learn to brew this all-grain beer recipe with easy-to-read instruction that include tips on the brewing process. Brew just like the breweries do but on a much, much smaller scale. Don't settle for other one-gallon kits that leave out items, or take away the control you get from all-grain brewing.- State of Origin: Utah
