POS, this one was a real dud. A used computer that was so slow I sent it back. Buy a new one.

I was most impressed that it was a business class computer for the price. Even though it was refurbished you cannot tell! I didnt even know it has this measurement tool that pops out of the side,, all kinds of hidden nooks and crannies on the outside along with alot of storage for different kind of devices. I have not had a problem with it yet and im very happy with my purchase. It was an unexpected purchase as my new puppy had accidently knocked over the laptop that i currently had/have and i was wanting something equal to it and not have to pay a fortune for it.. This DELL is just awesome for what i need it for.

I've had some sticky keys. And occasionally it actso a little buggy

Initial laptop defective had to send back for replacement. Replacement was quick and easy, support was very friendly and helpful. Replacement arrived with out problems and has been working very well.
