Laptop stopped working properly within 60 days. Looks like I need to get another one from somewhere else...Money down the drain!

this is a nice laptop with lots of processing power.

This laptop had a bad battery, a bad CD/DVR drive, and Windows was not installed correctly. I ordered two laptops. The other one had a bad power adapter, and a defective touch pad. Both were missing screws that hold the back on. Great Offer Stock was great to quickly send out a replacement for the first one and then we used one of the bad ones to pull enough good parts off to fix the others!

Every story with refurbished gear is different and also, every user is unique and not all of them are ready for a refurbished laptop. For me, a refurbished laptop like this one is a great alternative for replacing my old desktops/laptops at the office (just add the keyboard/mouse and screen). Performance/Price Ratio is outstanding and having Windows 7 Pro is also a plus.

My wife is a comparative computer novice. She actually has two computers, a desktop in her "office" and a laptop in the kitchen. I bought her a new HP laptop with Windows 8 to replace an older failed kitchen laptop. She absolutely detested Windows 8 and the HP had all sorts of bugs. We have a very successful computer "techy" friend who helps service our computers. He worked on the HP several times clearing problems and finally said that HP has so many internal software weaknesses that combined with Windows 8 he just could not guarantee that he could ever get the thing to work reliably. I found this refurbished Dell Latitude with Windows 7 and ordered it. It arrived in a couple days and my wife loves it. After initial setup with our wireless network it has worked flawlessly. Thank you, Dell, Internet and ******. When my wife is happy, my life is much better.
