"How thick is it?"
After hearing that my nephew, who is a college junior, loves his so much that he takes it with him when he goes home, I knew which mattress topper to get for my freshman son. The Twin XL fit the dorm's XL mattress great & he reports that it is very comfortable. Initially I was sent the wrong order but called customer service on a Saturday night (the representative was wonderful) and my correct order was here by Wednesday. They sent me the return label for the wrong order & it was simple to just drop off at UPS. Very happy with the topper, but thrilled with the respectful, quick, & stress free resolution to a problem! I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Designed to fit extra large twin beds often found in dorm rooms, this memory foam mattress topper adds relief to an otherwise uncomfortable bed. Made with polyester, this fiber mattress topper contains memory foam clusters that keep you still at night and deliver a well-rested sleep. - This product arrives very tightly packed. Unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, allow product to air for a few hours.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

College Dorm Comfort! This made my son's skinny plastic dorm mattress much fluffier! I tried a twin extra long featherbed last year, but it kept slipping off the mattress and it came back home. This year, I ordered this topper because of the memory gel (he has memory gel pillows and really likes them) AND the elastic straps. Because the mattress is so thin, I cut the straps and tied them tighter so they would fit. FYI, I also placed a small peel and stick carpet pad (tape) at the top between the mattress and topper and another at the bottom to help keep it in place. Not sure I needed to do that, but I had them. I would definitely buy this again even knowing it will only be used while my son's in college since it's made such a difference in the comfort of his bed. I actually got a text later that said, "This bed is so comfortable!".
