Disappointed These sheets feel good at first, but after a couple weeks they started to pill up. Then after just a few washings the pillowcase came apart at the seam. For sheets in this price range, I expected better quality.

Shrunk with first washing I was very excited to recieve this item which was much more appropriate for our Olympic Queen bed than our old 600 thread count King sized sheets. My first impression was that they felt a bit rough and upon comparison were not as soft as my old sheets, however they fit much better and were almost a bit large for the mattress. I threw them in the washer and dryer and when I tried to put them back on the bed, I found that the fitted sheet had shrunk significantly and was very difficult to stretch over the mattress. I was amazed at how much they shrunk in the wash and felt that this along with the "rough feel" was enough to return the product.

Perfect These sheets are amazing. Because of the high thread count and the fact that they are not 'sateen' , they are heavier than any sheets I have ever owned. The weight is a bit deceptive because they are incredibly comfortable. I have no doubt they will last for years. Very well made. I have a number of sheet sets but find myself washing these and putting them right back on my bed. The first time I washed them they wrinkled quite a bit but that issue has lessened with each subsequent washing. I see another purchase in my future.

Several years ago I purchased high thread count Egyptian sheets online and they were so "cheap" (not in $$'s) that it negatively impacted my feeling about them. However, after reading a lot of reviews, I decided to take the plunge and try again. I couldn't be more pleased. The color (I ordered gray) is beautiful, and their feeling is luxurious!! One reviewer didn't like the weight; said they were too heavy. That's not a negative for me. Another said they wrinkle in the dryer. That's true, also, but again,that's not a problem for me. Bottom line in my opinion...I would rate them a ten. I just bought another set!

I was told that if I buy a set with a fitted sheet that has elastic all the way around that it would be a smooth fit even on an 11 inch mattress. Is this true? The ones I have now only have elastic on the corners and it is wasy too big causing the sheet to ripple which is not comfortable. Hope you can anwer this question for me. I don't want to make a mistake and buy something that will be too large and ripple. Thx."
