We just painted our bedroom a soft gray with white trim. We wanted a spread that would add color and warmth, and chose this one. It is perfect!!! The colors go beautifully with the gray walls. We are also really impressed with the quality of the quilt and shams. They are well made and sewn. It's the centerpiece of the entire bedroom now. We just love it!!! NOTE: Other reviewers mentioned sizing issues. For us, the full/queen size is actually perfect BUT it lays on top of a larger queen spread that hangs lower than this quilt - exactly the look we wanted. So if you have a queen bed and are using the full/queen quilt alone as the only spread on your bed, it might be too short and you might want to order a king size instead.
