this was advertised as good for side sleepers (which I have to be due to neck problems) and promised to be the answer to my sleep problems... well, I could tell the moment the package arrived that this is NOT even close enough to what I need. Side sleepers need a firm pillow.. this is as soft as a feather pillow with NO support whatsoever. This will be returned.

My husband has been searching for a pillow for his neck problems and this pillow actually works for him. I bought two! So plush and soft. Doesn't go flat.

While the pillows are soft and supportive, the feathers begin working their way out within a month of using. I used them as long as I could take it (6 or 7 months) and had to throw in the towel and buy new ones.

A nice firm pillow that holds it shape well.

After just two nights sleeping on this pillow the feathers started poking through the material and scratching my face and poking any skin in contact with the pillow. It makes a big mess in the bed, also. I really hate this because other than the mess and pain.....it was a very comfortable pillow. It is just very cheaply made. Buyer beware....you will not be able to use this pillow for long. Get something that will hold up and don't throw your money away.

I give this pillow a poor rating ONLY because the feathers start coming out of the pillow, quill end first, which makes it very uncomfortable. No one wants feathers everywhere, much less being poked by the quills in the back of the neck, head, face, or which ever way that you lay on it. On the other hand, I bought these pillows because I'm a large man and need extra firm pillows which are hard to find. If it weren't for the feathers poking me and coming out, it would be an excellent pillow for me,

I sent it back. It was fluffy not dense. I expected something that wouldn't go flat in 30 minutes.

It had a decent amount of filling to support your head and neck.

Heavy to move around. Better for sitting up in bed rather than using for sleeping. Nice pillow for that purpose!

The heaviest pillow I have ever owned, I bought the firm but it still sinks down a little more than I like.

Very nice, well made product. I bought 2 of these, 1 medium and one firm. I would recommend the firm although I do not consider it firm at all, its still super soft. A little pricey for a pillow, but worth the price, especially if you can catch in on sale or use a coupon.

This is a verynice pillow.Fit in my pillow cases just right. The only reason that I didn;t give it a 4 rating is because I had a hardtime getting the reps to realize they did not give me the sale cradit. However,this finally was resolved.
