Although it claims to be ok for year-round use, I find myself having to kick it off during the night because it is too hot. Maybe that's just my middle-age kicking in or the memory foam mattress we have--overall, I'm ok with it. The price was high, but the quality seems good. This is a true baffle box-constructed duvet with down fill--no feathers sticking out! Not too fluffy.
